cancellation policy

Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of last-minute session cancellations by clients, it has been necessary to implement a cancellation policy.

At the time of booking an appointment, you will be asked to leave an email address and phone number. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Blue Light Hypnotherapy of any change of contact details during their treatment.

The initial consultation is free, however, you may be asked to pay a deposit to insure against not attending the appointment and not informing me. 


For hypnotherapy to be most effective, it is important to attend sessions regularly as agreed with your therapist. 


If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.


If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, there will be no charge.


If you cancel 24-48 hours before your session there will be a partial session charge of £30.


If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment then you will be charged for the full session.


If two or more sessions are missed/cancelled then I will contact you to discuss this. Future sessions may then be terminated.

If for any unforeseen circumstance I need to cancel your appointment, I will notify you as soon as possible and will rearrange this appointment for you..
